HELP, International is a non-profit organization and any donation made is tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt from them in the mail.

We accept any size donation. The Elk Grove Action Group does not take any portion of the donation. The in-country organization which sets up the banks in El Salvador, OEF, uses 10% for administrative costs.

Currently, we collect money until we have $2500, and then send it to HELP, which forwards it to El Salvador or Guatemala to start a new bank.
